I wanted to try the HDD on my Sata port but it wont work. The system doesn't recognize any new hardware. USB2 works perfectly. Why ?A:
Please make sure the setting for SATA port of motherboard is in SATA or SATA II mode via BIOS.
Previous setting for some is in RAID mode.
( Please change the setting mode according to the instructions of your mother board. )

How come I could not remove the device from the green arrow icon( at right down corner of screen ) for safety removal ?A:
Since the application programs in Windows, such as One touch backup software, AntiVirus software , AntiAds software …etc, are using the data in external hard drive, you can not remove the external hard drive. Please close all of executing programs in external hard drive and try to remove the device again. | 328 |

My installed hard drive can be recognized by Device Manager, but its site cannot be found on my screen. Why ?A:
Please kindly follow below procedures :
Select Start => Control Panel => Double-click the System icon => Computer Management => Disk Management
Check whther the hard drive has a signature from your PC. If not, please add a signature for it. | 487 |

When I finished my new SATA hardware installation following manual and connected the enclosure, the system could not detect any external device. Why?A:
If the hard disk is new one, please kindly follow below procedures to initialize, partition and format disk firstly.
Select Start => Control Panel => Double-click the System icon => Computer Management => Disk Management
