Summing up the results of testing, it should be noted that VIZO Of propeller II is most recommanded for the videocard user with the passive cooling systems. It creates noiseless computer. The cost of VIZO Of propeller II is comparable with a good fan, and it increases coolings of videocard effectively. Moreover fans, although is created the much larger airflow, it is not so effectively but also noisy, and fans don't have the ventilation heat spreading lattice as Propeller II does.

Working so silently, and cooling effectively, it really increases the performance.Especially, worths to see the performance inrease on graphics card. Also, being stylish, and being easy to install are theother adventages.

The blower is doing a good job of removing hot air - a thing which can be very good if one has a card which will be very hot. This cooler would be particularly good in small compact cabinets - perhaps even in a mediacenter - in which there is not always a good airflow. We compare price and performance, it adds up quite well alltogether.

The Propeller is quite a neat product, being innovative, and easy to install, this may be a next-gen type of cooler in the near future.

As you can see by the graph, with the addition of the Vizo Propeller II the temps of the XFX 8800GTSs GPU dropped at idle by 3ºC and after a considerable heat up dropped a whopping 5ºC. Well, call me pleasantly surprised indeed!! Vizo you get a thumbs up here!!
If you have a case that is in need of extra cooling help and no room for more fans, but do have an open pci expansion slot then perhaps you may want to try a Vizo Propeller II.
It works, what else can I say!

Propeller System Cooler is a good product. You can easily and efficiently improve the airflow in your case. Product is quiet during activity.
This will decrease the temperatures and extend vitality of the hardware.

The Propeller II does a good job of pulling heat out of your desktop system and uses a really quiet fan that pulls from the top of the card and out the expansion slot.
The VIZO Propeller II is an inexpensive solution for many situations of cooling for your system and does a great job.

This second version of Propeller, completely directed extraction of hot air to replace a direct ventilation.
Remain that with a case little ventilated and very confined, its interest is larger, the loss in temperature becomes significant.

I cannot stress enough, it is very important to provide a good cooling and air flow for any case. If you are a computer enthusiast or just a user, you need to keep that in mind. Vizo concentrates on style and performance of their products and Propeller is a good example of it. According to our testing readings, with Propeller we have achieved a temperature drop as much as 4.8 F or 2.6 C.
A definite part of the recommend gear. 9/10!

we were surprised to see a noticeable difference with the fan installed and running.
The propeller was able to pull hot air away from the cpu and keep it 3 degrees cooler at its highest point.
There is no doubt that in a case with worse airflow the propeller II would make a bigger difference than we saw in testing.

Basically he’s designed to be a normal system cooler but he does more than fine as a VGA-Card Cooler. This compact cooler is –for his design- a strong and silent cooler. This coolers gets an 8,5/10 and the HOT-Logo.

To sum up, if you have a case that doesn't have good airflow around the PCI/PCI-E area, or if you have any hot running graphics cards or RAID cards, then you could benefit from the Propeller II.
The differences in temps that it provides will vary hugely from system to system, but most people should see some improvement in their case temps at least.
Definitely worth a look.
