	2009-03-16 No matter if you buy a new SATA hard disk drive to place inside it or you have an old IDE one you can use either one with the Luxon Advanced. You can use the device either by USB 2.0 or eSATA. Thanks to the rich bundle you can also connect the provided rear eSATA bracket with an internal SATA connector so you can use the Luxon Advanced with the eSATA connectivity. Similarly, the ability to use IDE as well as SATA hard disks in the unit is excellent news for anyone looking to re-use an old drive as an external unit for backups or the like. 	2008-01-07 Luxon Advanced is an external enclosure that can host either one IDE or SATA drive and then connect it to your computer either with eSATA or USB2.0.
